About Me

I’m Rachel Larson, an independent consultant for Usborne Books & More.

I have loved books and words all my life and currently own a writing and editing business, Prolific Pen. When my cousin had an Usborne party and I saw the books, I knew immediately that I wanted to become a consultant.

I LOVE these books, and so do my kids. My three year old, Evan, will spend long stretches of time looking at these books, asking me questions, asking me to read to him. Does it get any better than that??

My daughter Naomi, who is one, also enjoys these books, even at her young age. When I read That’s Not My Monkey,” she loves to touch the book’s textures and tries to turn the pages herself. So sweet.

I am excited to share these wonderful books with others, so other children can discover more about their world and themselves through reading.

In addition to reading these books to my kids, I also enjoy grown-up books, cooking, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends.
